Groups of 20 or more qualify for the group rates!

 

1. Get together 20 or more individuals.

2. Complete the printable Group Rate Worksheet.

3. Complete the printable Rental Form if any members of the group will need rental equipment.

4. Send us a nonrefundable 10% deposit, and copies of the Group Rate Worksheet and the Rental Form, 5 or more days prior to your Antelope Butte visit.

5. Plan to arrive at the ski area by 9am if possible. The group leader must have all cash, checks, money orders or school vouchers consolidated into one form of payment. The leader will then receive all tickets.

* Should your members pay on their own, they will NOT receive the group rates and we will be unable to refund the difference.

*Please inquire about additional packages which include lunch or refresher lessons.

*We will provide one complimentary adult lift ticket for chaperones per ten children in your group.

*Lessons generally run an hour and a half.

SUGGESTIONS FOR WINTER COMFORT CHECKLIST

Clothing

Long underwear top and pants (stockings, tights, etc.)

Wool, silk, synthetic long socks (avoid cotton)

Sweatpants and sweater or fleece

Snow pants and winter coat

Neck gator, facemask, scarf

Helmut or heavy winter hat covering ears

Insulated mittens or gloves

Dry socks, pants, and snow boots for the ride home

Sun protection (goggles, sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm)
